Six Sentence Sunday
#sixsunday is a new foodie WIP. Inspiration strikes and I have to run with it. *shrug* Once Burned just released and so it’s time to get moving on book 2 in the series.

Ginger Danielle barely suppressed a scowl as she scanned the row of six people representing raw nerves, burned fingers and knife cuts. For God’s sake, the short one had Elmo Band-aids wrapped around strategic places on her forearms. Next to her, the chubby one had flour dusting his brown skin. The others, looking seconds away from bursting into tears, didn’t fare much better.
What made these six think they could go from legendary food ruiners to cooks worthy of a diploma from Le Cordon Bleu in just under four weeks?
What made her think she could be the one to get them there?

Sounds like she has her work cut out for her. Great six! I look forward to more! 🙂
*snort* I dunno, but if I were her, I’d be dipping into the liquor cabinet. 😀
This sounds like a fun challenge!
What a mess here! I agree with Layna’s comment about going to the liquor cabinet – booze would be a temporary solution. Nice six!
Love the Elmo band aids. She’s certainly got a challenge with this group. Great six!
Drill sergeant checking out the new recruits. You should give her a whip.
Love that her name is Ginger. (Like I loved Pepper.) Also love that your writing reflects the cooking theme…raw nerves, etc. Good stuff. (And I haven’t even clicked on Inspiration yet!)
